The Nigerian Navy has disrupted an illegal refining network in Rivers State, recovering 104,000 litres of suspected stolen crude oil. The operation, part of Operation Delta Sentinel, targeted nine illegal refining sites and prevented further expansion of criminal activities.

The Nigerian Navy dismantled two illegal refining sites in Rivers State, recovering over 126,000 litres of suspected stolen crude oil and illegally refined Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) during an operation under Operation DELTA SENTINEL.
