Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, was invited by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission for questioning regarding the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council scandal, but was not arrested.
Femi Gbajabiamila appeared before the ICPC for an inquiry regarding the alleged fraudulent activities of the PFIPC. The investigation follows claims of a fake agency and a bribe of N400 million linked to its establishment.
