Shell Nigeria Gas Distribution Sale

Shell Nigeria Gas has agreed to sell its entire interest in the distribution group to Vaaris Energy Limited, involving a 170-kilometre pipeline network. The deal, announced on October 13, is subject to regulatory approvals and will affect over 130 businesses.
