100 Osun Residents Receive Free Medical Outreach Support

On a Friday, 100 residents from the Ife North Local Government Area in Osun State benefited from a medical outreach organized by Mr. Akinyod Oyewusi, the Deputy Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, in celebration of his birthday.

The event took place at the Ipemumodu Town Hall, where beneficiaries received free medical consultations, including screenings for malaria and hepatitis B, as well as free eye tests and glasses. Mr.

Oyewusi, representing his wife, Mrs. Adeola Oyewusi, emphasized the importance of continued support for vulnerable communities.

He assured that the lawmakers would persist in addressing issues of interest to their constituents. Additionally, the outreach included the distribution of food items, with a total of 120 chickens, 130 bags of rice, and cash support amounting to N5 million.

This initiative followed earlier empowerment efforts, which provided 30 Bajaj motorcycles, 20 deep freezers, and other essential items to the community.
