Nurses Arrested Over Sisters' Deaths in Kebbi Hospital

Two nurses have been arrested in connection with the deaths of two sisters, aged six and three, at a general hospital in the Zuru area of Kebbi State. The incident occurred on March 18, and the circumstances surrounding the deaths are linked to alleged drug misapplication and negligence during treatment.

The nurses are currently in police custody in Birnin Kebbi as authorities continue their investigation to determine the exact cause of the sisters' deaths. In response to this tragic event, the Kebbi State Government has constituted a nine-member investigative panel, which will be headed by Alhaji Yakubu, the Commissioner for Information and Culture, to thoroughly examine the case.
