Action Alliance Nominates Omoaj for 2027 Presidential Race

The Action Alliance has officially nominated Adekunle Rufai Omoaj as its presidential candidate for the upcoming 2027 general elections. The nomination ceremony took place in Abuja on Saturday, where Omoaj, a grassroots politician from Osun State, accepted the nomination.

He pledged to provide purposeful leadership and strengthen the party's agenda for good governance and national development. Omoaj expressed gratitude to God, his family, and supporters, emphasizing that the nomination reflects collective victories rather than individual achievements.

He acknowledged the challenges faced by the party, particularly in light of recent legal disputes regarding its leadership structure. Omoaj committed to upholding the rule of law and expressed appreciation for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for complying with court judgments.

He urged party members to remain united ahead of the elections, expressing confidence that Action Alliance will present a credible alternative for Nigerians in 2027.
