APC Declares Oye-Ikole Ekiti Primary Election Inconclusive

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has declared the primary election for the Oye-Ikole Ekiti Federal Constituency inconclusive. This announcement was made by Wasiu Adedoyin, the chairman of the primary election committee, who stated that the results would be finalized by the party's National Working Committee (NWC).

The declaration came after challenges were observed during the election process, which took place on a Saturday, with results expected to be announced on Sunday morning. Akin Rotimi, the spokesman for the House of Representatives, is seeking re-election, while the main challenger, former lawmaker Bimbo Daramola, has also announced the results for the constituency.

Additionally, Ibrahim Olarewaju was declared the winner for the Ilejemeje, Ido Osi, and Moba Federal Constituency, while Oladapo Karounwi, Femi Bamisile, and Emur Gbonyin were declared winners for their respective constituencies in Ekiti.
