Atiku Abubakar: Tinubu's Key Challenger for 2027 Election

Dele Momodu, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), asserted that Atiku Abubakar is the strongest challenger to President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 presidential election. He called for national reconciliation and a reorientation to address the current political landscape, which he characterized as fraught with ethnic and religious tensions. Momodu emphasized the importance of unity between the northern and southern regions of Nigeria, suggesting that the combination of experienced politicians and technocrats could help navigate the country's challenges.

He referenced historical figures such as Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Sardauna Sir Ahmadu Bello, and Chief Obafemi Awolowo, advocating for a return to robust ideological principles to avoid the pitfalls of current political practices.
