Atiku Abubakar Launches Atiku Pulse Support Group

Atiku Abubakar, the former vice president and presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), launched a grassroots political mobilization organization called Atiku Pulse in Abuja. During the unveiling, he called for enhanced mobilization of women in preparation for the 2027 elections, stating that Nigeria requires a new direction in job creation, security, and other critical areas.

His political ally, Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim-Imam, attributed the nation's challenges to a "failure of leadership" and the irresponsibility of current leaders, asserting that if the country were functioning properly, Atiku would not be contesting for the presidency again. Nuhu Ajana, the convener and chief strategist of Atiku Pulse, declared that the group would resist any attempts to manipulate the sovereign will of the Nigerian people through lawful and democratic means.
