NDC Group in Benue South Backs Tinubu and Moro for Elections

Members of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) in Benue South Senatorial District, organized as the NDC Integrity Group, have announced their decision to support President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Senator Abba Moro of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the upcoming elections. This declaration was made by Zonal Coordinator Hon. Yakubu Audu during a visit to Senator Moro in Otukpo.

Audu emphasized that the choice was motivated by the need to maintain a strong representation for Benue South in the Senate, highlighting Moro's performance since 2019. State Coordinator Hon. Emmanuel Orih added that their decision aligns with the Benue State Strategic Alliance led by Senator George Akume, advocating for an electoral coalition.

Senator Moro expressed gratitude for the group's support, urging voters to prioritize tangible achievements over promises, referencing infrastructure projects by the Tinubu administration. He also called for an assessment of governorship candidates based on their project delivery and governance style.
