Obi and Kwankwaso to Defect to NDC Next Week

Buba Galadima, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), confirmed that Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso will announce their defection to the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) next week. This announcement was made on a Monday during a stakeholders' meeting organized by the Obi-Kwankwaso Ok Movement in Abuja.

Galadima indicated that two key strategies will be employed following the leaders' declaration: first, they will sponsor columnists, and second, they will deploy social media influencers to begin attacking opposing candidates. He emphasized the importance of being prepared for any responses, drawing an analogy to the US-Iran conflict, stating that they will not name anyone until they are ready to respond to the leaders directly.

Galadima, who serves as the spokesperson for the Kwankwasiyya movement, highlighted that the former governor of Kano State, Kwankwaso, is set to officially defect to the NDC.
