Enugu APC Chairman Predicts Landslide for Mbah in 2027

Dr. Martin Chukwunwike, the Chairman of the Enugu State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), stated that the party is poised for a landslide victory in the upcoming 2027 general elections, predicting that Governor Peter Mbah will secure a second term.

In an interview on Sunday, Chukwunwike expressed no regrets about his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC. He emphasized that Mbah's first two years in office demonstrated his capacity and commitment to the state's development, highlighting significant achievements such as road construction, the completion of the International Conference Centre, and the revival of abandoned projects.

Chukwunwike noted that Mbah's ability to finish the International Conference Centre, which had been dormant for 16 years, within six months is a testament to his effectiveness as a governor. He concluded that Mbah is on the right track and has gained acceptance among the people of Enugu.
