Amaewhule and 11 Others Win APC Reps Tickets for 2027

In the recent All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election held on Saturday, Rivers State Assembly Speaker Martin Chike Amaewhule and 11 other aspirants successfully clinched tickets for the House of Representatives for the 2027 elections. The results were announced by the chairman of the APC primary election committee, Hon.

Wahab Owokoniran. Amaewhule will contest for the Obio Akpor seat, currently held by Hon.

Kingsley Chinda, who received 17,968 votes. Hart Cyril Godwin also secured his ticket with 7,203 votes.

Other declared winners include Felix Uch Nwaek for Tai, Dunamen R. Dekor for Oyigbo, Solomon Bob Abua for Gokana, Victor Chukwuemel Ebuzor for Ahoada West, and several others representing various constituencies such as Ogba Egbema Ndoni, Okrika, and Port Harcourt.
