APC Group Criticizes Aiyedatiwa's Appointees Over NASS List

A faction within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State has expressed strong disapproval of the actions taken by appointees of Governor Lucki Aiyedatiwa, particularly concerning the National Assembly candidate list. The group condemned the involvement of cabinet members, including Mr.

Seun Osamay, in protests against the party's leadership decisions. They described these actions as an affront to the APC's leadership, which is currently headed by Prof.

Nentaw Yilwatda. The group forwarded a letter to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), emphasizing the importance of respecting the party's final position on candidate nominations.

They noted that the National Working Committee (NWC) had demonstrated fairness in resolving post-primary disputes. Saka Yusuf Ogunley, the group's director general, congratulated the successful candidates emerging from the APC's nomination process and urged the governor to ensure that his appointees respect the party's decisions to maintain peace and discipline.
