Haske Joins APM as Adamawa Governorship Candidate for 2027

Hon. Abdulrahman Haske has officially resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and joined the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) as its governorship candidate for the 2027 election in Adamawa State. This announcement was made on Saturday during an event attended by APM leaders, stakeholders, traditional and community leaders, youth and women groups, and supporters from all 21 local government areas of the state.

Haske stated that his decision was motivated by the belief that APM provides a credible platform for a people-centred development agenda aimed at creating a prosperous and inclusive Adamawa. He expressed gratitude to the APM leadership, particularly the National Chairman, Yusuf Mamman Dantalle, for entrusting him with the party’s governorship ticket.

Dantalle praised Haske for aligning with the party's progressive ideals and commitment to inclusive governance. Haske pledged to focus on agriculture, infrastructure, education, healthcare, economic empowerment, security, and accountable governance in his campaign.
