Izzi Clan Endorses Nwifuru for 2027 Governorship Election

The Izzi clan in Ebonyi State has unanimously endorsed Governor Franci Ogbonna Nwifuru for a second term in office ahead of the 2027 governorship election. This endorsement was made during a rally held at Ngele Oruta Township Stadium, attended by political leaders, traditional rulers, and representatives from youth and women groups across the state.

Deputy Governor Patricia Obila highlighted the administration's achievements in infrastructure development, education, and human capital development, emphasizing a commitment to improving the welfare of the people. Chief Matthia Adum, chairman of the occasion, assessed Nwifuru's performance since assuming office and noted the completion of numerous projects across Ebonyi State, earning him the confidence of the people.

The motion to endorse Nwifuru was overwhelmingly supported, with no dissenting voices. Following the endorsement, Nwifuru expressed gratitude on behalf of his administration and pledged to continue delivering democratic dividends to the people.
