ADC's Kasim Gaidam Prioritizes Youth Engagement for 2027

Kasim Gaidam, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Yobe State, announced the party's focus on youth participation, voter education, and awareness in preparation for the 2027 elections. This declaration was made during the inauguration of the ADC's 57-member Unified Campaign Council and the opening of its new state secretariat in Damaturu.

Gaidam urged young people to engage actively in the electoral process, including serving as polling agents and defending their votes. He stated that ADC agents would monitor the electoral process from polling units through all stages of result collation.

Gaidam also highlighted his administration's commitment to addressing economic challenges, education, and leadership, aiming to implement ADC presidential policies into impactful programs. He pledged to combat corruption and promote exemplary leadership.

Alhaji Adamu Maina Waziri, the ADC state leader, noted that the campaign council would coordinate efforts for various elections in Yobe State, emphasizing the need for political change due to issues like poverty and insecurity.
