Kwankwaso: Obi-Kwankwaso Ticket Unbeatable for 2027

Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, the Vice-Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress, stated that the Peter Obi-Rabiu Kwankwaso ticket is unbeatable in terms of credibility and capacity for the upcoming 2027 presidential election. During an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Sunday in Abuja, Kwankwaso highlighted that their partnership aims to create a balanced ticket capable of uniting Nigerians across regional and religious divides.

He noted that Obi's strong support in the South, combined with his own political influence in the North, forms a broad national political platform. Kwankwaso emphasized that their ticket excels in empathy for the poor and is committed to addressing issues like insecurity, poverty, and infrastructure decay.

He mentioned that the removal of the fuel subsidy has not improved living conditions for Nigerians, and farmers are struggling due to cheap imported food. Kwankwaso accepted the vice-presidential position for national service, stressing the importance of fairness, justice, and equity in their alliance.
