Omoluabi Movement Mobilizes Support for APC in Ogun State

The Omoluabi Movement, a grassroots political group in Ogun State, has commenced mobilization efforts to support the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the gubernatorial aspirations of Governor Dapo Abiodun, as well as Senator Solomon Adeola for the 2027 general elections. In a statement released in Abeokuta, the group's state director of media and public relations, Oluseun Joshua, emphasized the movement's commitment to strengthening grassroots mobilization for the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the state.

The mobilization drive, which has already begun, aims to expand outreach and encourage political participation among its current membership of over 30,000 across Ogun State's three senatorial districts. The movement has introduced 27 buses to enhance coordination and grassroots engagement.

It is important to note that the Omoluabi Movement is not affiliated with any similarly named political group associated with former Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola. The group's mission is to promote participatory democracy and good governance while bridging the gap between leadership and citizens.
