SDP's Sadiq Gombe Promises Economic Rebuilding for 2027

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) has committed to rebuilding Nigeria's economy and addressing socio-economic and security challenges if elected in the 2027 general elections. National Chairman Sadiq Gombe, represented by Deputy National Chairman Ugochukwu Uba, made this pledge during a meeting with the Confederation of West African Youth in Abuja.

Gombe stated that the party's ideology is rooted in Chapter II of the 1999 Constitution, which emphasizes citizens' welfare and security. He noted the increasing interest of young Nigerians in the SDP, indicating that the party's message is resonating.

Gombe highlighted the party's comprehensive manifesto for national transformation and expressed confidence in their presidential candidate, Adewole Adebayo, who is prepared to implement necessary changes. Adebayo called for grassroots mobilization, stressing that political influence is determined at the community level and that genuine passion for the nation's future is essential for political commitment.
