Tompolo Campaigns for Tinubu's Re-election in Benue

High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, who leads the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Door-to-Door Movement, urged Benue voters to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's re-election bid. Speaking in Makurdi during the inauguration of the Benue State chapter of the movement, Tompolo highlighted the establishment of the Nigerian Army’s 5 Division in Makurdi as a sign of the administration's commitment to addressing security challenges in the state.

Represented by Kestin Pondi, managing director of Tantita Security Services, Tompolo praised Tinubu for demonstrating political courage in implementing necessary reforms for Nigeria's long-term development. He cited various initiatives, including the State Police Bill and the removal of petrol subsidy, as part of Tinubu's reform agenda.

Tompolo called for continuity in governance to allow the administration to consolidate its policies. Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia also supported Tinubu's re-election, acknowledging the federal backing for development projects in the state.
