Yusuf Buhari Secures Automatic APC Ticket for 2027

On April 28, 2023, Yusuf Buhari was granted an automatic ticket by the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2027 elections during a stakeholders' meeting held in Katsina. The decision was made unanimously, as announced by Alhaji Ahm Dangiwa, the chairman of the consensus committee for the Daura zone.

Mannir Musa, the APC chairman for Mai Adua local government, urged party members to accept the outcome in good faith and called on the people of Katsina to support the consensus reached by the committee. Dikko Radda, the governor of Katsina, was also encouraged to support the aspirants, emphasizing the importance of unity and progress within the party.

Yusuf Buhari expressed gratitude to the party members for their confidence in him and pledged to provide quality representation if elected.
