Natasha Idibia and Edo Lawmakers Join NDC in Abuja

Natasha Osawaru Idibia, the wife of music star 2Baba, along with several Edo State lawmakers, officially defected to the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) during a gathering held at the residence of Seriake Dickson in Abuja. The event included the presentation of party membership cards to the new entrants, which featured Chariti Aiguobarueghian, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly, and Dr.

Donald Eboigb, a former deputy governor of Gombe State. Dickson assured the new members of fair inclusion and equal opportunities within the party, emphasizing the NDC's commitment to internal democracy and youth participation.

Natasha Osawaru expressed her confidence in the party's future and praised Dickson's leadership. Former federal lawmaker Ehiozuwa Agbonayinma described the movement as a significant step toward reshaping Nigeria's political landscape.

The event also featured a brief musical performance by 2Baba.
