RHI: Transforming Lives Across Nigeria Since 2023

The Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) was launched in July 2023 by Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, as a national platform to address poverty and improve the quality of life for vulnerable Nigerians. Three years later, RHI has become one of Nigeria’s largest social intervention platforms, operating in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

The Initiative focuses on five strategic pillars: Agriculture, Economic Empowerment, Social Investment, Health, and Education, tailoring its programs to meet the specific needs of each geopolitical zone. RHI has partnered with institutions such as the Bank of Industry, NITDA, and the Tony Elumelu Foundation to deliver impactful programs.

A notable achievement includes providing non-repayable grants to 18,500 women entrepreneurs, aimed at stimulating small businesses. Senator Tinubu emphasized the importance of food production for national development during the launch of agricultural support programs for women farmers, showcasing RHI's commitment to sustainable development and community empowerment.
