Six Dead in Ibadan Petrol Tanker Accident

On Tuesday, a tragic accident occurred in Ibadan when a petrol tanker developed brake failure, leading to the deaths of six individuals, including an okada rider. The incident took place near the Oj Olosan Market and involved the tanker losing control while navigating the beer roundabout towards the Oj Agodi Gate area.

The tanker rammed into several vehicles, including tricycles and motorcycles, that were parked around the Agbed Adodo and Iyana Isal areas. Eyewitnesses reported that the driver shouted "no brake" in a panic, prompting people to flee the area to avoid being crushed.
