82 Federal University Lafia Students Face Disciplinary Action

A total of 82 students from the Federal University Lafia are set to appear before the institution's examination misconduct committee due to allegations of exam malpractice during a recent examination. An internal memo dated April 16, 2026, outlined the violations and scheduled the disciplinary hearings for Monday, April 27, and Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

The notice, signed by the committee secretary Rodnei Ageh, instructs students to obtain individual invitation letters from their respective departments prior to the proceedings. The students implicated come from various departments, including six from Agricultural Economics, eight from English Literary Studies, five from Biochemistry, and nine from Microbiology, among others.

The university authorities expect to review each case thoroughly to determine appropriate sanctions in line with the institution's regulations.
