FUDMA Rusticates 20 Students for Exam Malpractice

The Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA) has rusticated 20 students due to exam malpractice, with the decision taking effect from the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session. This action was confirmed in a statement issued by the university's director, Nasiru M.

Abdul, following the 138th regular Senate meeting held at the main campus. The Senate, chaired by Vice Chancellor Moham Khalid Othman, adopted the report from the student disciplinary committee, emphasizing that the decision adhered to the university's regulations and policies regarding academic misconduct.

The Vice Chancellor commended the committee members for their commitment to maintaining the university's standards and ensuring justice. The Senate's action serves as a strong warning to students against violating examination rules and is intended to deter future misconduct.

The affected students were given the opportunity to defend themselves before the final decision was made.
