UNICAL Professor Sentenced to 5 Years for Corruption and Sexual Misconduct

Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja sentenced a suspended UNICAL law professor to 5 years in prison for corruption and pressuring a female student to engage in immoral acts. The professor, Ndifon, was found guilty of corrupt practices by the ICPC.

His co-defendant, Sunni Anyanwu, was charged with obstructing justice. The judge condemned Anyanwu's unprofessional conduct.

The case involved Ndifon pressuring a female student to send indecent photos and demanding sexual favors.
