Abdulquawiy Olododo: APC Candidate for 2027 Elections

Engr. Abdulquawiy Olododo, the immediate past Commissioner for Works in Kwara State, has emerged as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Ilorin East and Ilorin South Federal Constituency in the upcoming 2027 general election.

Known for his impactful public service, Olododo's career includes leading the Kwara State Social Investment Programme (KWASSIP) and significant contributions to agricultural reforms. His public service journey began in the Kwara State Children’s Parliament, where he held key positions that fostered early leadership skills.

He was instrumental in establishing the state’s first Family Court and advocating for child welfare initiatives. With a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of East London, he co-founded an agribusiness that trained over 8,000 youths.

Appointed Technical Assistant on Agriculture by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in 2020, Olododo played a crucial role in implementing the Kwara State 10-Year Agriculture Transformation Plan, benefiting thousands of farmers.
