Abdulkabir Aliu's Ramadan Philanthropy Supports Muslims

Abdulkabir Aliu, the founder and CEO of Matrix Energi Group, has been recognized for his philanthropic efforts within the Muslim community, particularly during the Ramadan period. Known for his quiet charitable work, Aliu has previously distributed zakat, including hundreds of bags of rice to the community in Ikar Akoko.

This year, he expanded his efforts by providing food items and cash gifts to alleviate the financial pressures families face due to rising living costs. Beneficiaries included students and vulnerable households, with support also extending to the Muslim Student Society at Obafemi Awolowo University and Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, where truckloads of rice, beans, sugar, and milk were delivered.

Aliu's charitable initiatives also encompass funding scholarships for indigent students and supporting healthcare projects, including kidney treatment in Maiduguri. His contributions are aligned with Islamic teachings that encourage discreet charity, providing relief during a spiritually significant month when economic pressures remain high.
