Abdullahi Wins Best Gross at Emir Bage Birthday Golf

Ibrahim Abdullahi from Lafia Golf Club won the best gross prize at the Emir Bage birthday golf tournament, achieving a gross score of 70. The tournament, held in honor of retired Justice Sidi Bage's 70th birthday, attracted golfers from Lafia and Makurdi Golf Clubs.

Godwin Ikw from Makurdi Golf Club secured the best net prize with a gross score of 66 and a net score of 63, also winning the longest drive and nearest pin awards in the men's category. Ibrahim Adamu finished as the runner-up in the men's net category with a gross score of 80 and a net score of 68.

In the ladies' competition, Salom Aya claimed the best net prize with a gross score of 105 and a net score of 69. Dorca Mall won the best gross award with a gross score of 85 and also took home the nearest pin prize.

The tournament was praised for its organization and the Emir's commitment to promoting golf in Nasarawa State.
