Abia State Leadership Academy Empowers Future Leaders

The Abia State Leadership Academy (ASLA) was established by Dr. Alex Otti, the Governor of Abia State, to develop the leadership capacity of the next generation.

This initiative reflects a long-term vision for societal greatness, emphasizing the importance of ethics, values, and practical leadership skills. ASLA's flagship program, the ASLA Youth Leadership Bootcamp, is a fully residential initiative aimed at young Abians aged 16 to 20.

The bootcamp is designed to foster civic responsibilities, empathy, diligence, and integrity while equipping participants with critical thinking and innovation skills. Governor Otti believes that transformational leaders are shaped through knowledge and values, rather than being inherently born.
