Abia State Unveils Ogbo Central Smart School Initiative

On Tuesday, Dr. Tunji Alausa, the Education Minister, inaugurated the Ogbo Central Smart School located in Ipup Ubakala, Abia State.

This initiative, built under the leadership of Governor Alex Otti, aims to enhance educational opportunities for children in the state, preparing them to compete globally. During the event, Dr.

Alausa commended Governor Otti for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to transforming education in Abia. The governor's educational reform aims to equip every child with the knowledge and skills necessary for success at both local and global levels.

The smart school is part of a broader strategy, with Otti announcing that three smart school projects will be inaugurated across the three senatorial districts of the state, with a total of 17 schools planned for the local government areas. By the end of the year, 20 smart schools will be established, each equipped with interactive learning tools and tablets for students.

Goodluck Ubochi and Ladi Lydia Onuoha also spoke at the event, emphasizing the importance of this initiative for the future of Abia's children.
