AC Milan and Juventus Learn Europa League Opponents

AC Milan and Juventus have discovered their opponents for the 2026/27 UEFA Europa League league phase after the draw held on Friday at the Grimaldi Forum in Monte Carlo. Both clubs, placed in Pot One, will compete in eight league-phase matches, four at home and four away, from September 2026 to January 2027.

Juventus will host Real Sociedad, Rennes, Omonia Nicosia, and NEC, while their away matches will be against AZ Alkmaar, Ferencvaros, Celta Vigo, and Hapoel Be’er Sheva. AC Milan will welcome Benfica, Ferencvaros, Sunderland, and Ararat Armenia to the San Siro, and will travel to face Olympiacos, Red Bull Salzburg, Bournemouth, and Levski Sofia.

Sunderland, who finished seventh in the Premier League last season, will visit the San Siro for their first European campaign since 1973. The Europa League league phase will commence on September 16 and 17, 2026, concluding on January 28, 2027.

The knockout play-offs are scheduled for February 18 and 25, 2027, with the final set for May 26 at Stadion Frankfurt in Germany.
