ActionAid Nigeria Marks 25 Years of Humanitarian Interventions, Focuses on Social Challenges

ActionAid Nigeria commemorates 25 years of humanitarian interventions, highlighting its efforts to combat poverty, inequity, and corruption in Nigeria. The anniversary program featured key figures like Arthur Larok from ActionAid International.

Since its establishment in 2000, the organization has made strides in healthcare, education, sustainable agriculture, and inclusive governance. Nkechi Ilochi Kanni, the Director of Business Development and Innovation, emphasized the milestone as an opportunity to renew commitments and achieve future objectives.

ActionAid Nigeria has collaborated with various institutions and donors, including the EU, DFID, USAID, and the World Bank, to support its initiatives across the country.
