Adamawa CAN Denies Endorsement of APC Candidate Galadima

The Adamawa State Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, under the leadership of Mr. Joel Manzo, issued a statement denying any endorsement of Tijani Galadima, the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate for the upcoming 2027 general elections. The statement was released to address concerns raised by members of the Christian community following a visit by a group of women who claimed to represent Christian leaders in Adamawa State and expressed support for Galadima.

Manzo clarified that the association neither endorses nor represents any political party and emphasized that any endorsement made without proper consent from the leadership could lead to misunderstandings and division within the church. The association, which recognizes its members' individual political choices, urged caution and encouraged citizens to participate responsibly in the democratic process while maintaining unity within the church.
