ADC Faction Chairman Declares Mark's Convention Illegal

Nafiu Bala, the faction chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), stated that the recent convention led by David Mark, a former Senate President, was illegal. Bala made this assertion during a press conference held on Friday in Abuja.

He emphasized that the convention did not adhere to the party's constitution and that the leadership resulting from this gathering was not legitimate. Bala expressed concerns regarding the coalition group that was not a member of the ADC, indicating that any decisions made during the convention were devoid of legal effect.
