ADC Denies Nafiu Bala's Claims on INEC Candidate Uploads

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has rejected claims made by Nafiu Bala about uploading presidential candidates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) portal, labeling the assertion a "blatant lie." Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, the party's spokesperson, stated that INEC does not provide access to a nomination portal and emphasized that the commission will not issue multiple codes to any party. Abdullahi urged INEC to investigate the matter to protect the integrity of the electoral process, asserting that the claims could undermine public trust in the commission.

He further stated that the ADC's nomination process for presidential candidates, including Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Rt. Hon.

Rotimi Amaechi, complies with the Electoral Act and INEC guidelines. The ADC expressed its commitment to remaining focused on presenting a credible alternative to Nigerians in the upcoming 2027 elections, urging members and the public to disregard misleading claims.
