ADC Disowns 'Fake' Congress Notice Amid Confusion

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has disowned a fake congress notice, aiming to dispel confusion caused by reports alleging the party's intention to hold state and local government congress elections. The joint statement signed by the ADC chairmen's forum, including Kingsley Temitope Ogga and Kennedy Odion, confirmed a meeting with the national chairman, Senator David Mark.

The forum expressed surprise at the public statement and emphasized the party's lack of plans for such congresses, advising stakeholders to ignore the fake notice and reaffirming their loyalty to the current leadership.
