ADC Approves Presidential and Governorship Primary Results

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) convened its 101st National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on a Saturday in Abuja, where it approved the results of the presidential and governorship primaries conducted by the party. Bolaji Abdullahi, the party's national public secretary, issued a memo stating that while the primary results were approved, some results remain pending due to ongoing appeals that have yet to be concluded.

The memo indicated that the results pertain to the elections for state houses of assembly and the presidential elections scheduled for May 29, 2026. The NEC's approval signifies a critical step in the party's electoral process as it prepares for the upcoming elections.
