ADC Primary Results Rejected as "Shameless Auction"

Ibrahim Garba Wala, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), publicly supported Rotimi Amaechi's rejection of the party's presidential primary results. Amaechi, a former governor of Rivers State and a presidential aspirant for the ADC, criticized the primary held on Tuesday, stating it did not meet the necessary standards of transparency and fairness.

Wala described the primary as a "brazen shameless auction" that betrayed the values the ADC promised to uphold. He called for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to distance himself from what he termed a "dirty concoct" of primary election results.

Wala's statements reflect a significant discontent within the ADC regarding the integrity of the primary election process.
