ADC Postpones Screening for Presidential Aspirants

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced the rescheduling of the screening exercise for its presidential and governorship aspirants, which was initially set for the weekend. Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, the party's spokesperson, disclosed that the screening will now take place on May 18, 2026.

This decision was made in response to security concerns affecting parts of Northern Nigeria. The postponement will also impact federal lawmaker aspirants, who will be contacted with updates regarding the new schedule.

The ADC expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by this adjustment and appreciated the understanding and cooperation of the aspirants and stakeholders involved.
