ADC Women Leader Faults Abejide’s Suspension

ADC Women Leader, Mrs. Deborah Maji, has criticized the suspension of Hon.

Leke Abejide by the party, calling it fraudulent and mischievous. Abejide, who represents Yagba Federal constituency in the National Assembly, was declared suspended by the state party chairman and secretary.

Maji, speaking on behalf of ADC members in Kogi East, dismissed the suspension as ill-motivated and demanded serious sanctions for the party officials involved. She highlighted Abejide's popularity in the state and his contribution to the party's growth.

The party's state secretary denied the suspension, calling it a false decision attributed to the party. The Kogi State ADC chairman, Kingsley Ogga, dismissed the suspension as a move to bring the party into disrepute and emphasized that Abejide and others remain suspended pending further action.
