Marcu Adedini Declares for 2027 Ife Reps Seat

Marcu Adedini has formally declared his intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat for Ife Constituency in the 2027 general elections. His entry into the race follows the purchase of the nomination form from the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Adedini described his decision as a step toward deepening public service and advancing community-driven development across Ife. He highlighted his years of involvement in community initiatives, focusing on education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and social welfare.

His plans include educational sector interventions such as scholarship schemes and infrastructure development to enhance teaching and learning quality. Additionally, he aims to provide healthcare outreach programs and promote awareness of preventive health practices.

Adedini emphasized youth empowerment through vocational skill training and support for startups, targeting women and vulnerable groups to strengthen livelihoods. He also pointed out his legislative exposure, which includes contributions to policy discussions and draft bills in education, healthcare, and social development, arguing for a better understanding of the budget process to attract federal intervention in the constituency.
