Adeleke Surpasses APC's 12-Year Rule, Says Lawmaker

Hon. Lanre Oladebo, representing the Ayedaade/Isokan/Irewole Federal Constituency in Osun State, remarked that Governor Ademola Adeleke has surpassed the achievements of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during its 12-year administration in the state.

This statement was made during Oladebo's reception of his Accord Party membership card, following his defection from the People's Democratic Party (PDP). He highlighted that despite allegations of the federal government withholding local government funds, Governor Adeleke has made significant impacts in governance over three and a half years, particularly in infrastructure development.

Oladebo urged residents to continue supporting Adeleke to enable the delivery of democratic dividends. He also called on the federal government to release local government allocations to the state, emphasizing the negative effects of the fund seizure on grassroots governance.

Mr. Victor Akand, the Osun State chairman of the Accord Party, praised Oladebo's decision to join the party and assured him of full support.
