APC Criticizes Adeleke Over Criminal Shelter Allegations

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State has condemned Governor Ademola Adeleke's response to allegations that he is sheltering criminals in the government house, labeling it as evasive. The APC's statement, signed by its Director of Media and Publicity, Kola Olabisi, followed a visit by Inspector General of Police Olatunji Disu to the Osun State government house.

The APC accused Adeleke of creating a dangerous environment by allegedly harboring criminals and failing to address the issue adequately. Jamiu Olawumi, Director of Strategic Communications for the Imo Campaign Council, supported the APC's claims, asserting that the governor's denial is a gross misrepresentation of the situation.

The APC referenced a viral video suggesting that criminals are being protected within the government house, and they criticized the police for not apprehending criminals in the area. Olawumi urged the police to investigate the matter further, emphasizing that the governor's actions reflect poorly on the state's security.
