Africa Prudential Plc Board Meeting Set for October 23, 2026

Africa Prudential Plc (AFRIPRUD) filed a Notice of Board Meeting with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on September 30, 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on October 23, 2026. The sole agenda item for the meeting is the consideration and approval of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026.

In line with NGX Post-Listing Requirements, the company has announced a closed period restricting trading in AFRIPRUD shares by its directors, officers, and other insiders. The closed period takes effect from October 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements are released to NGX and made available to the public.

The notice was signed by Company Secretary Joseph Jibunoh and issued from the company's Lagos headquarters at 220B, Ikorodu Road, Palmgrove.
