Aradel Holdings Board Meeting Set for October 27, 2026

Aradel Holdings Plc has filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), dated September 30, 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors is scheduled to convene on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

The primary agenda item disclosed in the notice is the consideration and approval of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2026 (Q3 2026 UFS).

In line with NGX Rulebook requirements, the company confirmed that a closed period for trading in its shares took effect from October 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 UFS are published on the NGX portal. During this closed period, insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing in Aradel Holdings securities.
