Nollywood's Sunshine Rosman Aims for Indian, Spanish Films

Sunshine Rosman, a Nollywood actress, completed her seven-year university education at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) on September 15, 2026. Following her graduation, she expressed her ambition to take on lead roles in Indian and Spanish films.

Rosman shared her experiences on Instagram, highlighting the challenges she faced while balancing her academic responsibilities with her acting career. In an August 2025 interview with The PUNCH, she discussed how her acting commitments sometimes conflicted with her studies, including a decision to prioritize an acting role in Kemi Adetiba’s Netflix production over deferring a semester.

In a recent interview with comedian and filmmaker AY Makun, Rosman stated her belief that her appearance allows her to comfortably portray characters from different backgrounds, specifically mentioning her interest in playing an Indian character and a Spanish girl. She views these roles as opportunities she wishes to explore throughout her career.
