Legal Dispute Over Abuja Property Involves Iyabo Obasanjo

The ongoing legal dispute concerning a property located at Plot 4254, Cadastral Zone A04, Asokoro District, FCT Abuja, involving Senator Iyabo Obasanjo and several co-defendants, has encountered significant setbacks. On January 6, 2025, and again on March 30, 2025, the Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice Moham Umar, was unable to proceed due to the absence of legal representation for both the plaintiff and defendants.

The case has been adjourned until June 10, 2025. The plaintiff, Na Allah, is seeking an interim injunction to prevent the defendants from trespassing or altering the property, citing statutory rights to occupy the land.

The property in question measures approximately 1.67 hectares. Previous motions filed by the plaintiff were not granted, and the court directed that the defendants be notified to respond to the plaintiff's claims.
